Introducing the ASAP PnP

The ASAP PnP is a plug-and-play safety system that provides quick shutdown of abrasive blasting nozzles upon an emergency release of the deadman. It rapidly depressurizes the blast hose by releasing the air in the blast hose through the ASAP Exhaust Module.

Why the ASAP PnP Matters ? 

Traditional blasting systems depressurize through the nozzle after deadman release, with timing influenced by blast hose size, hose length, and nozzle size. The ASAP PnP introduces a dedicated exhaust pathway that accelerates hose depressurization and improves overall system response — providing an added layer of protection for emergency shut down situations. This design offers a cleaner, more controlled shutdown compared to our previous ASAP 1.X system and competitor designs. Safety Without Compromise.
