The AmphiBlast Family is a versatile and portable blast machine that can be used for wet or dry blasting operations. It features a dual-chambered design that allows for continuous blasting without the need for refilling media.
Axxiom Manufacturing designed BAABS with the operator’s safety and comfort in mind. BAABS provides blasters with an easier grip and can be quickly configured for left or right-hand operations as well as multiple positions to accommodate different positions. As a result, operators can easily manage larger blast nozzles. The improved overall comfort will enhance blaster safety and increase productivity by promoting more blast nozzle on time per shift.
The original Schmidt® ASAP Safety System is designed to deliver the highest level of safety and protection. It quickly and safely depressurizes the blast hose when the deadman control is released.
The new ShortStop PnP (Plug and Play) effectively provides the same level of protection but in a more compact and easy-to-install package. This new configuration weighs less than 1.5 lbs. and consists of two small enclosures, each could easily fit or be held in one hand. In addition, the plug-and-play design can be easily and quickly retrofitted onto existing Schmidt blast pots with electrical deadman controls specifically designed for the ShortStop PnP. Installation should take only a few minutes (5 mins).
The Mini BRS, or Blast and Recovery System, is designed for smaller jobs that require dustless blasting.
